Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders, payments & dates

• A nonrefundable deposit (retainer) is required to secure your order date. Your date is not secured, and your quote is not confirmed, until the deposit is paid.
• Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The remaining balance must be paid two days before pickup. If payment is not received by that deadline, your order may be canceled.

Pickup

• Pickup location: Lake Worth, FL 33463.
• Please arrive on time for your pickup.
• Once your order has been picked up and is no longer in my possession, it is no longer under my care. I am not responsible for damage after pickup.

Cancellations & refunds

• Deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel, your deposit can be applied to another order for a different date.
• Orders canceled within 72 hours of pickup are nonrefundable.
• No refunds are given for fully completed orders.

Design & custom orders

• I will do my best to match inspiration photos, but exact replicas are not guaranteed.
• Designs may vary slightly based on materials and technique.

Allergies

All products are made in a home kitchen that may come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. I can accommodate some allergies, but I cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.
